Deliveries & Returns

Once your order is received, it will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. Once your order is picked up by the carrier (Canada Post), the delivery time is generally between 3 and 10 business days, depending on your address.

Delivery is free for all clothing from the current collection at regular prices. A fixed delivery and handling fee of $15 is charged for all other products.

If you return an item to us, the return shipping costs are at your expense. If you ask us for a refund on an item for which you had not paid delivery costs, an amount of $15 will be deducted from your refund (i.e. the equivalent of the delivery and handling costs which were previously at our expense).

 

No refunds on sale items, these are FINAL SALE. All underwear is also final sale. Please do not hesitate to write to us to validate your size.

If you would like a refund on a regular priced item, you must write to us within 14 days of receipt of your order to notify us. Return costs are at your expense and an amount of $15 (i.e. delivery and handling costs which were our responsibility) will be deducted from your refund.

The refund will be made with the payment method used during the online purchase. Reimbursement times are beyond our control and vary depending on the payment method used.

For any exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition, that is to say: new (having never been worn or washed), free of stains, tears, rips, hair, animal hair, perfume, odors, and with their original label. We reserve all rights not to accept a return if it does not meet the above requirements.

PLEASE NOTE, some final sale items may be samples or have slight defects. These are clearly indicated in the item description and are neither refundable nor exchangeable. So be careful when shopping :)

We take care to carefully inspect all clothing sent to our customers. If an item is found to be damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can inform you of the return and/or exchange procedure. The same applies if your order contains an error on our part (sending the wrong style, wrong color, size, etc.).

It is always possible to come see us directly at the workshop to return a piece. However, please contact us first to make an appointment with us!

Items purchased from a store selling Eve Lavoie cannot be returned and/or exchanged with us. Please contact the store in which you purchased your pieces directly for any exchange and/or return requests.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged postal items.

We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but it is possible that an item is no longer available when your order is processed. If this happens, we will contact you promptly to notify you and offer you either an alternative or a refund (partial or full).
